We do not operate trucks, employ drivers, nor physically handle anyone’s freight. Though carriers generally take the utmost of care when transporting freight, accidents do happen. Our agents are trained to express to clients that adequate packaging is of tremendous importance, and if a shipment is of particular fragility, sentimental, or monetary value, it is suggested that additional insurance be purchased. We successfully handle tens of thousands of shipments annually, and it is unfortunate that this client had a less than desireable experience.
